Prairie Lights is stoked to announce that Caroline White’s SAVING THROW will have its Nebraska Premiere at PLFF! Here’s a bit about the film:
When trouble brews in the tabletop roleplaying game of four high school friends, it brings out the most unpleasant parts of their personalities. Grappling with issues both real and imaginary, they must work things out or risk catastrophic collapse in fantasy and reality.
Saving Throw was filming on location in Lincoln, Nebraska. Two of the producers Ethan Grafton and Caroline White, are Nebraska natives and Reed Ellefson is from South Dakota. All three are Film and New Media majors at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
