Tyler Michael Jacobs and Jack’s PEANUT IN A HALF SHELL: THE BAD NUT to World Premiere at PLFF!

Prairie Lights is stoked to announce that Director Tyler Michael Jacobs and Illustrator Jack’s PEANUT IN A HALF SHELL: THE BAD NUT will have its World Premiere at PLFF!   Here’s a bit about the film:

An anthropomorphic peanut, who goes by the name of, Peanut in a Half Shell is down on his luck.
Here’s a bit of info from the director, Tyler Michael Jacobs: “We are based out of Kearney, NE where the animation was conceived. Jack bled over these frames, staying up late into the early mornings in his apartment finishing them up by hand. I obsessed over the video and audio editing separate from Jack who was able to bring my vision to life through his illustrations. We as artists don’t like to analyze our own work so for us to give it false meaning would be detrimental to the piece itself but the basis of it’s Nebraska origins have to do with my upbringing and the way that I perceive this place to be from my own experiences. This doesn’t mean literal experiences by any means.”
