World Premiere of Phil Brown’s CUT-OFF LAKE to screen at PLFF!

Prairie Lights is excited to announce the World Premiere of Phil Brown’s CUT-OFF LAKE!   Here’s a bit about the film:

The film is a brief glimpse into the experience of two outsiders as they are drawn into a futile quest along the banks of the Missouri River. Cut-off Lake was inspired by the communities that exist along the banks of the river, a force of continual, inexorable change to which adaptation is the only survival mechanism.
All of the crew is Nebraskan, along with most of the actors, and the majority of the film was shot in Nebraska, with the remainder in Western Iowa.
