World Premiere of Michael Johnson’s THE BAGMAN DIED FIRST to screen at PLFF!

We are exited to announce that Michael Johnson’s THE BAGMAN DIED FIRST will premiere at this year’s PLFF! Here’s the synopsis:

It was supposed to be easy. Quick change of hands type job. But that’s not how it happened. The survivors don’t have long yet to live, but they still have to outlive each other…

The Bagman Died First is a neo-western short film, written and directed by Michael Johnson (his short Black Lines screened at the 2014 Prairie Lights). It was filmed in Valparaiso, Nebraska with a cast and crew entirely made up of Nebraska natives and residents. It stars Andrew Prescott (Endor, Backwash) and Rodrigo Carballo, and features Edwin Garcia and Vincent Alston. It is produced by No Seatbelts Productions and Unfiltered Entertainment.
