James Ficenec’s IN THE DARK to screen at PLFF 4!

Into_the_dark_4_27x41Prairie Lights is excited to announce that James Ficenec’s IN THE DARK will screen at this year’s PLFF! A widower faces uncertainty while awaiting an unknown assassin in this dramatic thriller.  Here’s a bit of info on the director and the film:

James Ficenec is a writer/director operating out of Omaha, Nebraska. A 2014 UNO graduate and former MavFilmmaker, James’s credentials include the short films YOUR TURN and IN THE DARK. “In the Dark” was written, produced and shot entirely in Omaha, Nebraska by Nebraska residents. As such, it was filmed in between blizzards over the course of eight weekends in early 2015. The film made both its Nebraska and World Debut at the Omaha Film Festival in March 2016.
